The Team will work at Chanku Waste Ranch on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation. They will help with their lead into wellness week with vision screenings in schools, etc. No medical experience needed; training will be provided. Data entry, dental and construction will be done as well.

Pine Ridge is home to the Oglala Lakota and is the second-largest land-based reservation in the United States. The reservation is considered the poorest county in the US, with over half of its residents living below the federal poverty line.
It is also a region with the lowest life expectancy in the US, facing issues like high poverty, unemployment, and substandard housing, as well as health problems including high rates of diabetes and heart disease.
The estimated population in the ministry area is 12,000.
