The purpose of this trip will be to encourage the villagers in Najjanankumbi, evangelize areas outside of the village, and help with a construction project. In addition, we will visit the South Sudan, and Ugandan border and encourage a church pastor there. We will reach out to help S. Sudan refugees currently living in Uganda while at the border. They will work with our ministry partner, Africa Renewal Ministries, who works in communities to share the hope of Jesus Christ and provide access to food, healthcare, and education.

Uganda is about the size of Great Britain.

About four-fifths of the population is Christian, primarily Roman Catholics and Protestants (mostly Anglicans but also including Pentecostals, Seventh-day Adventists, Baptists, and Presbyterians). About one-eighth of the population is Muslim. Most of the remainder practice traditional religions.

Yellow Fever shots along with a Visa are required to enter the country. Other medications are recommended.
