Our goal is to connect Senior Adults to the ministries and vision of Church at The Mill. We want to see every Senior Adult engaged in:

gather-01

GATHERING

grow-01

GROWING

give-01

GIVING

go-01

GOING

We want to live out the truth of Acts 20:24

But I do not account my life of any value nor as precious to myself, if only I may finish my course and the ministry that I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God.

Through small groups, fellowship, Bible studies and opportunities to serve, we help our Senior Adults find community, spiritual growth, support and care.

Not God Enough: Why Your Small God Leads To Big Problems by JD Greer. Led by Paul Stubblefield

  • We like God small. We prefer a God who is safe, domesticated, who thinks as we think, likes what we like, and whom we can manage, predict, and control. A small God is convenient. Practical. Manageable. The truth: God is big. Bigger than big. Bigger than all the words we use to say big. Only a God of infinite power, wisdom, and majesty can answer our deepest questions and meet our deepest longings. Join us as we read and discuss more of our BIG God.
  • Starts Wednesday, January 8th from 6:00-7:30PM
  • Cost: $10

Women’s Study: Better, A Study of Hebrews by Jen Wilkin. Led by Kimberly Henderson

  • Learn how to place your hope and faith in Christ alone with the help of this verse-by-verse study of the Book of Hebrews. Through stories of Old Testament heroes and practices, the author of Hebrews demonstrates how the new covenant is superior to the old and how Jesus Christ is the fulfillment of every promise. Utilizing both weekly in-class video sessions and personal study segments to work on at home, we’ll explore how God "provided something better for us" in the person of Jesus Christ (Heb. 11:40).
  • Starts Wednesday, January 8th from 6:00-7:30PM
  • Cost: $15
