But as for you, O man of God, flee these things. Pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, steadfastness, gentleness.
–1 Timothy 6:11

What is Preteen Camp?
Preteen Camp is a high-energy weekend designed to help preteens grow in their faith. It’s a special opportunity to take our 4th-5th graders and their leaders off campus to have a ton of fun while intentionally focusing on how they can live for Jesus in their everyday lives.
This year’s theme, The Chase, focuses on intentionally pursuing a relationship with God. Preteens will learn how to live out their faith and build a strong foundation for their walks with Christ. We’ll weave that theme and 1 Timothy 6:11, our verse for the weekend, into the entire weekend, including the team competitions, hangtime, and worship sessions.
No matter where your preteen stands in his/her walk with Jesus, Preteen Camp is a great opportunity for preteens to grow spiritually, build friendships, and be encouraged in their faith.

Preteen Camp will be held at Camp Longridge in Ridgeway, SC. Preteens and Adult Leaders will be riding in style on charter buses staffed with professional drivers. Buses will drop us off on Friday and pick us up on Sunday to head back.
Please do not bring everything you own! Luggage space is minimal on the bus and in the cabin.
How safe is my Preteen at Camp?
VERY! From the time check-in begins to the time we unload on Sunday afternoon, safety is our highest priority. We ensure this by having professional bus drivers and a one-to-three ratio with adults to preteens. Also, we are the only church at Camp Longridge for the weekend, and we have a medical professional at camp with us the entire time.
The Community Covenant is a list of expectations that preteens will be held to during Preteen Camp and the consequences if they choose not to follow expectations. All parents have signed the Community Covenant during registration. You may re-familiarize yourself with it here
