Cleans table, chairs, cabinets, counters and appliances located in the employee break room and donor waiting area.

Vacuums carpets, dusts furniture and removes trash.

Cleans windows and doors at least daily.

Inspects and cleans restrooms throughout the day. Replaces paper and soap supplies. Performs minor custodial tasks in the area as required.
- Adhere to confidentiality rules and all other CATM policies, procedures, and rules.
- Perform all duties in a manner that promotes CATM’s mission and core values.
- Assume other related responsibilities and special projects as required.

Staff Position Title: Student Ministry Administrative Assistant
Principal Function:
The Student Ministry Administrative Assistant will work with the Student Ministry Director and Student Ministry team to provide administrative support in the ongoing operations of high-level ministry to students and families.
Reports To: Student Ministry Director
Responsibilities:
General
- Spiritual Growth: Actively pursue and model a growing relationship with Jesus.
- Culture: Instigate and protect the 10 Characteristics of CATM’s Leadership Culture.
- Collaboration: Work with the CATM staff team at-large to create & promote unity and collaboration within the staff.
- Stewardship: Display good stewardship in managing Student Ministries’ resources in a manner that supports CATM’s vision and the master SM plan.
Programming
- Support the development and effective facilitation of excellent weekly programming that supports the master spiritual growth plan for students.
- Assist in the management of Adult Volunteer Leaders and weekly programming assignments.
- Manage the recording and reporting of weekly programming metrics
- Organizing, planning, and purchasing all programming supply needs for weekly Student Min programming (keep supplies stocked & organized)
- Coordinating and executing set up for all Student Ministry weekly / monthly programming (Wednesday PM, Sunday AM, Leadership Meetings,Baptism 101, etc.)
Guest Assimilation
- Processing guest cards
- Assist in maintaining data in Realm database
- Manage assimilation process & instruct Student Min Staff/Leaders on follow up
Student Ministry Financial Reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation of Financial reconciliation reports
Communications
- Assist in communications to student leadership
Interns
- Assist in managing & investing in interns
- Oversee Jr. Intern program
Special Events/Projects
- Assists in all areas of planning and executing SM special events (camps, retreats, Graduate Recognition, Trunk or Treat, 5th Grade Graduation, banquets etc.) & projects
Other
- Weekly Staff Meetings
- Ensure exceptional care of Student Ministry facilities. Communicate facility needs to the Student MInistry Director.
- As you steward financial resources of the ministry, maintain expected financial records & follow organizational procedures.
- Assist in scheduling student baptisms.
- Offer additional ministry support to pastoral staff.
- Any additional responsibilities as directed by the Student Ministry Director or pastoral staff.

Staff Position Title: Local Missions Director - Full-Time
Principal Function:
The local missions director will be responsible for overseeing the ways Church at The Mill works alongside key ministry partners in Spartanburg County, or around any of its future campuses. There will be three primary functions of working with the local ministry partners: 1) Mobilization of volunteers from Church at The Mill campuses, 2) Advocating/praying/encouraging local ministry partners, 3) Enablement of Relationship Coordinators (RCs) representing the ministries and Missions Coordinators (MCs) from small groups who serve with the ministries.
Reports To: Missions Pastor
Weekly Hourly Description: 40/Hr (example below)
- Admin
- Attend weekly planned meetings at Central Campus. (4hrs)
- Meeting with Acts 1:8 lay leaders or multi-campus pastors. (1-2hrs)
- Help facilitate any meetings with new members or others wanting to find a place to volunteer. (1hr)
- Various administrative responsibilities (2hrs)
- Relationship Coordinators:
- Connecting weekly with several relationship coordinators to keep a pulse on their needs, needs of local ministries, etc. (2hrs)
- Sunday Morning Responsibilities
- Speaking in various small groups advocating for ministry serving opportunities, prayer requests for partnerships. (1hr)

- Community Outreach (serving with ministry partners, one-on-one meetings with volunteers, meeting with ministry directors, etc) (20hrs)
- Directing Lake Cooley food pantry, shopping for goods, coordinating volunteers, distributing food, etc (4-5hrs)
- Assisting with His Storehouse (2-3hrs)
Job Responsibilities:
- Primary conduit between Church at The Mill and our local ministry partners.
- Maintain healthy relationships with existing partners, focusing on the depth of the partnership.
- Explore new opportunities, consider future partnerships and identify areas of need in the community for the church to respond to.
- Connecting each existing or future campus with places to serve and a structure to do so with organization and ease.
- Direct Lake Cooley food pantry and assist with His Storehouse leaders and embracers.
- Maintain office files, records and accurate expense reports.
- Prepare materials for church programs.
- Assist missions staff with additional responsibilities as deemed necessary.

Financial Coordinator
Hours: 40 hours/week

Job Summary
The Financial Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day financial affairs of a large established church.. The primary duties of this role include, but not limited to, supporting the Financial Secretary in ensuring efficient recording of financial transactions, coordination of member giving statements, timely and accurate staff payroll processing, and preparation of all required financial reports.
Job Responsibilities
- Efficient financial recording and reporting based on proper accounting procedures, including timely posting of credits and debits preferably to ACS software.
- Assist Financial Secretary with processing both online and physical means of contributions.
- Disbursement of properly documented and authorized funds.
- Timely and accurate invoice processing and vendor management.
- Recording of all member contributions and issuance of regular contributor statements.
- Reconciling ministry expense reports.
- Primary responsibility for full, accurate, and timely management of all accounting and financial matters of the church. Ensure proper financial policies are practiced, evaluated and updated as necessary.
- Flexibility to help the Financial Secretary with time sensitive projects.
- Must be discreet and able to handle confidential and sensitive information.
Preferred Experience/Education:
- Experience and training in computers, preferably with ACS data base management and financial modules.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
